Janet Robertson – recently appointed General Manager, Janet has been with the Company in a variety of roles since 1998. She has been the Sales & Marketing Manager since 2004, and will continue to head product sales in her new position. Janet’s contribution to the company has been invaluable for the past 20+ years.
Phoebe Socodo – joined the Company in April 2007 as the Office Administrator & Crew Co-ordinator a position which gave her an opportunity to gain a wide range of knowledge about the company’s activities. Recently Phoebe has been promoted to a new position as the Crewing & Vessel Admin Manager which consolidates her role in vessel and crew management. She is also expanding her role to provide support to Janet in sales, marketing and public relations activities.
Jamie Simpson – Joined the Company in February 2014 as Vessel Superintendent, responsible for the maintenance and care of Company vessels. Jamie was closely involved in the construction of the CFL Hunter. Before joining the Company, Jamie was Chief Engineer on the Patrol Vessel Pharos.
Ross Peters – joined the Company in May 2018 in the newly created role of Procurement Manager. Ross came to the Islands from St. Helena in 2008 and was most recently employed at Sure Ltd as Stores Controller & Procurement Officer. Ross is responsible for Purchases, Stock Control, Insurance and the caretaking of CFL’s properties.
Karen Drysdale – joined the Company in April 2013 as Financial Controller. Karen has worked previously in a broad range of the private sector, and was Taxation Officer for the Falkland Island Government for 3 years prior to joining the Company. Karen combines her role at CFL with a similar role in SAAS, one of CFL’s partnerships.
Clodagh Stewart-Reid joined CFL in October 2016 as a Trainee. She assists department managers at CFL, gaining and developing a broad knowledge of the procedures involved in operating a fishing company in the Falkland Islands.
